Happy to find that I can recall real priorities from my head and items further down my list reside either in my virtual notepad or my email “to do” folder. It was reassuring that I did not unearth important (forgotten) items on multiple to do lists – it would be good to do this again mid week to see if I have the same result! Having done the exercise though I can see the importance not to spread commitments over multiple places as it can become a commitment in it’s self having to manage this.
This is good, Jemima. If we can get into the routine of keeping a central repository, and transferring everything to that one place, it reduces the level of distraction.
